The advertiser can at all times delete his or her data, remove an advertisement from Hostuya.com by logging into his or her account and choosing the option delete account. This will permanently delete all your data from Hostuya.com. This action can not be reversed afterward. If you want to place an advertisement again, you will have to create an account again and re-enter your details.

These measures help ensure that Hostuya.com users can do business with each other in a safe, successful, and enjoyable manner. Hostuya.com attaches great importance to protecting the trust of users in a safe environment.
IP control
By placing an advertisement on Hostuya.com you leave a unique IP address behind. Through this IP address, it is possible to find the address where the advertisement is placed. If we believe that you are breaking the rules, this will be reported to the competent authorities, and an IP - plus - email address blockade is the result.

Article 1. Definition of terms.
Explanation of general conditions:
Hostuya.com is further referred to as the holder of this website.
Advertisement: an advertisement placed on the website or offered for that purpose, in which goods and/or services are offered or requested;
Advertiser: is the person who places an advertisement on the website;
User: is the person who, unlike an advertiser, uses the website;
Agreement: any agreement between advertiser and user that arises from the use of the Hostuya.com;
Personal data: are the information provided by advertiser or user that can be traced back to his or her person, including the name of address, place of residence, E-mail address, and bank account number when applicable;
Article 2. Applicability.
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to the relationship between advertisers and users on the one hand and Hostuya.com on the other.
2.2 The applicability of general terms and conditions other than the present is excluded.
Article 3. Advertisement (s) placement
3.1 By placing an advertisement on the website, an agreement is reached between the advertiser and Hostuya.com. The rates and other provisions and rules of conduct as stated on the website, as well as these general conditions, apply. Placement on the website takes place during a number of days to be determined by Tinberdog.com
3.2 By offering an advertisement, the advertiser gives Hostuya.com permission to place the information contained in the advertisement, including any photo material and/or hyperlinks, on the website.
3.3 Tinberdog.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the advertiser receives reactions to his advertisement. It does this by making the website available and keeping it accessible as much as possible, as well as by introducing a classification and keeping it attractive and under the attention of the website as a whole. Hostuya.com is expressly not a party to any agreement that arises between advertiser and user as a result of the use of the website.
Article 4. Explanation of the Advertisement
4.1 The advertiser ensures that the description of an offered product or service corresponds with reality and is therefore correct and complete.
4.2 The advertiser is entitled to place photo material when offering products or services on the website.
4.3 The information provided by the advertiser in an advertisement or in subsequent contact, must be directly related to the product to be sold or sought. The advertisement may not be used as a general means of communication and may not serve to advertise the services and/or products of an advertiser in general. If a hyperlink is included in an advertisement, it must be relevant directly.
4.4 An advertisement may only be placed in one section of the website. The advertiser must make use of the section in which the relevant products or services offered are of their nature and type.
4.5 Also for the rest, the content of the advertisement must comply with the rules for the content of advertisements as displayed on the website, the content of which is considered repeated and inserted here.
4.6 Tinberdog.com reserves the right without prior notice to remove advertisements prematurely, to shorten the texts of advertisements, or to change them and/or to remove any hyperlinks or photographs. Tinberdog.com will in any case, but not exclusively, proceed in case this has been done in violation of these terms and conditions. The Advertiser shall not be entitled to a refund or any form of compensation in any of the cases referred to in this paragraph.
4.7 If a product is offered in the advertisement, at the same time as offering the product on the website, the advertiser must specify a minimum price for which the product can be purchased. If the minimum price is not reported, Hostuya.com is entitled to assess the value of the offered product itself and to use this value as the minimum price.
4.8 The advertiser is obliged to ensure that the advertisement is removed or modified as soon as an offered product or service from this advertisement is no longer available.
4.9 The advertiser must adhere as described in the "rules" section of Hostuya.com
Article 5. Payment and collection.
5.1 The advertiser must pay for placing an advertisement in certain categories. These sections are indicated on the website.
5.2 If there is a paid advertisement, Hostuya.com ensures that the advertisement is placed on the website. After the advertiser has correctly completed the payment procedure as stated on the website and Hostuya.com has received notice of this, the advertiser receives an invoice by e-mail.
5.3 Hostuya.com is entitled to immediately exclude the advertiser from using the website if the advertiser acts contrary to the intended payment procedure.
5.4 If payment is not made within the agreed payment period, a reminder will follow. If payment is not made within the agreed period, there will be an exhortation plus a €35 administration fee. After the 2nd exhortation and also here no payment follows Hostuya.com is forced to collect the amounts due to her (legal) assistance to call. All costs incurred for this, with a minimum of € 250, -, are for the account of the Advertiser.
5.5 Received payments are not refundable by Hostuya.com. However, payments under certain circumstances (at the discretion of Tinberdog.com) can be allocated to the credit of the advertiser.
Article 6. Guarantee
6.1 The advertiser ensures that the advertisement and/or the products and/or services offered in the advertisement do not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, and that these do not violate any law and/or regulations. That they are not offensive, obscene, inaccurate, or misleading.
6.2 The advertiser indemnifies Hostuya.com against all claims from third parties. The advertiser is liable for all costs of defense that must be made by Hostuya.com in this respect.
Article 7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Hostuya.com is not liable for damage that directly or indirectly results from the use of advertisers or users of the website. Hostuya.com is not liable for the behavior of advertisers or users, or for the content of advertisements and/ or the products and services that are offered.
7.2 The information published by Hostuya.com itself on the website has been compiled with great care. Nevertheless, Hostuya.com is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions on the website.
7.3 The liability of Hostuya.com for its obligations under the agreement concluded with the advertiser is further limited to the amount that the advertiser has paid or is due for the placement of the advertisement.
7.4 Any liability for indirect damage of advertisers or users, including consequential damage, loss of profit, lost savings, damage due to business interruption, and loss due to loss of data, is explicitly excluded.
Article 8. Support desk
8.1 Hostuya.com offers a Support Desk to advertisers and users. Questions about and problems with the placement of advertisements can be asked by E-mail.
8.2 The Support Desk answers the questions asked to the best of its ability. Following up on given advice is at your own risk. Hostuya.com is not liable for any damage that may arise as a result of advice given by the Support Desk.
Article 9. Use of personal data and Privacy
9.1 If use is made of Hostuya.com, the data including, but not limited to, name/place/details/e-mail address must be complete, correct, and current. User guarantees to be legally authorized to use Hostuya.com in any way
9.2 Personal data will only be provided to third parties within the conditions described here when this is a technical necessity and to comply with a request from investigating officers and/or authorities charged with law enforcement in the context of preventing abuse of the website. 10.1 Hostuya.com makes reasonable efforts to protect its systems against loss and/or against any form of unlawful use and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures. This takes into account, among other things, the state of the art.
10.2 Hostuya.com is not liable for loss of data, damage to files, unauthorized access to computers or files, viruses spread through advertisements or other unlawful programs or files, or any other consequence of the use made of the website.
Article 11. Websites and services of third parties
11.1 The website and advertisements may contain references (for example by means of a hyperlink, banner or button) to websites of third parties. Hostuya.com has no control over these websites and is not responsible for the content of these websites. Hostuya.com makes use of Google services, such as Google Adsense, Google maps.
11.2 If services of external service providers are used, including Google, Stipe and PayPal payments, the conditions and privacy rules of these service providers apply. Article 12. Feedback
12.1 Users of the website are given the opportunity to provide feedback on the website regarding the progress of the agreement with an advertiser.
12.2 In case of abuse or unlawful actions (including abusive language) by the User with regard to giving feedback Hostuya.com can block the access of the person concerned to the website.
12.3 Advertisers are not allowed to give feedback on their own advertisement on the website (whether or not by using other email addresses).
Article 13. Exclusion
13.1 Hostuya.com reserves the right to exclude advertisers and users from any use of the website if in any way contrary to the law, public order, good morals, and/or the present general conditions.
13.2 This exclusion is without prejudice to the right of Hostuya.com to take legal action and/or to claim damages.
Article 14. Intellectual property
14.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the website, including the texts, images, design, photos, image and/or sound material, formats, software, brands, and domain names, are vested in Hostuya.com and its licensors respectively.
14.2 Users and/or advertisers are prohibited from reproducing or making available the website or any part thereof (by means of deep links or otherwise) without permission of Hostuya.com
Article 15. Final provisions
15.1 Insufficiency of any provision of these general terms and conditions shall have no effect on the binding nature of the other provisions.
15.2 EU law applies to the agreement between Hostuya.com and the advertiser. All disputes ensuing from this agreement that can not be resolved by proper mutual consultation will be submitted to the competent court.
15.3 These terms and conditions may be changed by Hostuya.com. The changed conditions are immediately available on the website. Modified terms and conditions are immediately applicable.
